Our connection process begins with understanding the client's request. We ask about the type of accounting or tax service needed, the general business situation, and any relevant timing considerations. We do not need sensitive financial records to begin a basic referral inquiry.
Where a potential provider is available, we aim to facilitate an introduction so the client and independent professional can discuss qualifications, scope, pricing, and next steps. We do not supervise the professional's accounting work or guarantee the outcome of an engagement.
